Expensive compared to similar products, used to love this product but I find Prestone winter screenwash is better for me - cleans just as well, half the price, doesn’t leave smears but also isn’t rain repellant. Great product with the right prep work first.
I bought this in May and did all 4 windows.First, I washed the car. Then used 0000 grade wire wool on the windows. Then isopropyl alcohol And another wipe down and dry to make sure the windows were fully clean before applying.I’m now 5.5 months after application and this video shows how well it’s still beading after the initial application. On the windscreen, the wipers took a while to stop juddering across the window. Maybe a couple of months but all good now.If you get the prep work right, it’ll last a long time. Those that say it doesn’t last won’t be properly cleaning their windows first. If your window has a layer of film on it, the product sticks to the film and comes off easier.
